Das mag wohl nicht nur an der lieben Anja liegen, sondern auch an der kuschelig-warmen Temperatur, an dem heißen Handtuch zur Begrüßung, der ruhigen Entspannungsmusik, dem wunderbaren Duft und nicht zuletzt an der beheizbaren Wellnessliege, auf der man sich verwöhnen lässt.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Die Besonderheit an der Wellness Gesichtsbehandlung Plaisir D’Aromes ist, dass die verwendeten Produkte der exklusiven <strong>Marke Yon-Ka</strong> nicht nur unglaublich gut riechen <strong>(Rosmarin- und Fruchtaromen</strong>), sondern auch angewärmt werden und sich anfühlen wie eine lange Massage. Beide Gesichtsmassagen mit den verschiedenen Druckpunkten und Aromen waren für mich die Highlights – so wohltuend! Nach einer Stunde Behandlung fühlte ich mich wirklich sehr erholt und meine Haut fühlte sich straff und revitalisiert an.</p>

Ich kannte diese vor der Aroma Wellness Gesichtsbehandlung auch nicht, aber ich muss gestehen, dass ich wirklich positiv überrascht wurde, welch angenehme Wirkung diese hatten. <li style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Du bist Gründerin und Inhaberin des Youthful Instituts in München. Was macht dir an deinem Job als Kosmetikerin und Unternehmerin besonders viel Spaß?</em></strong></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Für mich geht es über den Aspekt der Kosmetik hinaus, Wohlbefinden und Entspannung zu vermitteln, in der heutigen meist stressigen Zeit, ist mir wichtig. Ich wünsche mir, dass meine Kunden eine besondere Zeit (Auszeit) bei mir haben, egal ob Pediküre, Gesichtsbehandlung oder Massage. Zu sehen, wie anders meine Gäste nach der Behandlung sind (entspannter, ausgeglichener, zufriedener, strahlender Teint), das ist, was mir besonders viel Spaß an meinem Job macht. Als Unternehmerin gefällt mir die Abwechslung (Behandlungen, Strategie, Marketing, Buchhaltung) sowie selbst alle Entscheidungen zu treffen und so meinen Träumen zu folgen und zu realisieren. So zum Beispiel eine eigene Kosmetiklinie, an diesem Projekt arbeite ich gerade.</p>

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Wie sieht dein Alltag aus?</em></strong></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Einen richtigen Alltag gibt es in diesem Sinne nicht, da Behandlungen jeden Tag von Montag bis Sonntag 8-23 Uhr möglich sind. Kundentermine haben Priorität, genauso wie bestimmte administrativen Aufgaben. Es werden auch feste, private Zeiten eingeplant. Die restliche Zeit ist sehr flexibel und ich liebe es, dass nicht der ganze Tag durchorganisiert ist. „Alltäglich“ sind daher Behandlungen, Emails bearbeiten, Anrufe, Bestellungen, kleine Pausen und Computerarbeit. Manchmal bin ich bereits um 7 Uhr im Institut, manchmal erst um 11 Uhr, manchmal habe ich Mittags Feierabend, manchmal erst um 22 Uhr. Mir gefällt es, dass es keinen richtigen Alltag gibt.</p>

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Du bietest Behandlungen und Produkte von Yon-Ka Paris an. Was ist das Besondere daran und was steckt dahinter?</em></strong></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Die französische Marke Yon-Ka Paris gibt es bereits seit 60 Jahren. Ich habe 5,5 Jahre in Paris gelebt und dort diese Marke entdeckt. Die Texturen, Düfte und Wirkung der Produkte haben mich begeistert. Man spürt bereits nach einer Behandlung eine Wirkung. Es handelt sich um eine phytoaromatische Pflegelinie, d.h. besonders die Wirkstoffe von Rosmarin, Lavendel, Geranium, Thymian und Zypresse (Yon-Ka Quintessence) spielen eine große Rolle und sind in 70% der Produkte enthalten. Die Produkte wirken daher auf die verschiedenen Sinne für ein Rundum-Wohlgefühl. Desweiteren sind Stoffe wie ätherische Öle, Pflanzenöle, Hyaluronsäure, Peptide, Aloe Vera und pflanzliches Glycerin bis hin zu marinem Kollagen in den Produkten enthalten. Es werden übrigens keine Tierversuche durchgeführt.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Ablauf der Wellness Gesichtsbehanldung siehe oben. Das Besondere sind die Frucht- und Rosmarinaromen, dass die Produkte angewärmt werden und der Wellbeing-Effekt.</p>

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Für welchen Hauttyp ist die Wellness Gesichtsbehandlung geeignet?</em></strong></li>

||
<p style="text-align: justify;">Die Behandlung ist für jeden Hauttyp geeignet. Von den Gesichtsreinigungsprodukten, dem Gommage, der Creme Pamplemousse, der Phyto 58 Creme und der Tonerdemaske gibt es jeweils zwei verschiedene Varianten, so dass auf die individuellen Bedürfnissen der Haut eingegangen werden kann. Jeder Behandlung im Youthful Institut geht ein Gespräch voraus und wird die Haut betrachtet für ein optimales Ergebnis.</p>

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Was ist dein persönliches Schönheitselixier bzw. Beautyquelle?</em></strong></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Schlaf, regelmäßige Auszeiten zum Entspannen, Sport und viel Flüssigkeit. Ich selbst bin ein Fan von Smoothies und trinke sie regelmäßig (gemäß dem Spruch Schönheit kommt von innen). Neben regelmäßigen Fruchtsäurepeelings von Yon-Ka schwöre ich auf das Rosenwasser erhältlich bei Aroma Zone (Shop in Paris).</p>

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Hast du Tipps, wie man nach einem stressigen Tag auch zu Hause was Gutes für sich tun kann?</em></strong><br />

<p style="text-align: justify;">Man sollte auf sich und seinen Körper hören, wann es Zeit für eine Auszeit ist und was einem persönlich gut tut. Ich entspanne am besten bei einer langen Dusche oder Bad mit dem Yon-Ka Phyto Bain, um nach einem stressigen Tag abzuschalten. Toll sind auch Over-Night-Masken, die man anstelle der Nachtcreme aufträgt. Wirkungsvoller ist es noch, das Auftragen mit einer Mini-Gesichtsmassage zu verbinden: Druckpunkte und Drainagestreichungen von der Mitte des Gesichts nach außen: Zwei Minuten, mehr braucht man nicht dafür. Oder man verwendet Aromaöle vor dem Einschlafen, z. B. Lavendel: Einige Tropfen in die Handflächen geben, verreiben, vor Mund und Nase halten und mehrere Male tief und bewusst ein- und ausatmen.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Wichtig ist immer das Abschminken und am besten ein Konzentrat oder Over-Night-Maske über Nacht auftragen. Das hilft die Haut zu regenerieren. Ein Gesichtspeeling wie z. B. das Yon-Ka Gommage am nächsten Morgen und eine erfrischende Augenpflege wie Phyto Contour verhelfen zu mehr Frische. Ich trinke zudem noch einen halben Liter Wasser vor dem Schlafen, wenn der Abend mal wieder länger war.</p>
