Oktober 2019</time></p><div class=clear></div><div class="entry themeform share"><div class=entry-inner><p>Die Deutsche Bahn streicht den Zutritt zu ihrer DB Lounge für Fahrgäste mit einem Sparpreis-Ticket der ersten Klasse. Was bisher nur für den Super Sparpreis galt, trifft künftig also auch auf die normalen Sparpreis-Tickets zu. Dezember 2019<strong> dürfen Inhaber eines Sparpreis-Tickets der ersten Klasse demnach nicht mehr in die Lounge</strong>. Dies bestätigte eine Bahn-Sprecherin dem Zugreiseblog. Auf der Website des Unternehmens war die Neuregelung ebenfalls bereits vermerkt, ist inzwischen aber wieder verschwunden. Zutritt zur DB Lounge gibt es demnach künftig <strong>nur noch mit BahnComfort-Status oder einem Flexpreis der ersten Klasse</strong>.</p><p>“In den letzten Jahren konnten wir ein starkes Fahrgastwachstum verzeichnen. Für die Zukunft rechnen wir weiterhin mit einem starken Zuwachs unserer Fahrgäste. Leider sind die <strong>Kapazitäten unserer DB Lounges beschränkt</strong>“, erklärte eine Bahn-Sprecherin dem Zugreiseblog zur Begründung. “Um unseren Gästen dort weiterhin den bestmöglichen Komfort und Service bieten zu können, können wir den <strong>Zutritt daher nur noch für Kunden mit 1. Klasse Flexpreis-Tickets bzw. für BahnComfort Kunden</strong> anbieten.”</p><p>Die <strong>Änderung wurde bisher nicht groß angekündigt</strong>. Auch bei der Buchung von Fahrkarten wird auf die Neuregelung für Sparpreis-Kunden nicht ausdrücklich hingewiesen. Da seit Mitte Oktober <a href=https://www.zugreiseblog.de/bahn-fahrplanwechsel/>Fahrkarten für Reisen ab dem Fahrplanwechsel</a> am 15. Dezember verfügbar sind,<strong> dürften etliche Kunden ein Erste-Klasse-Sparpreis-Ticket in der Erwartung gebucht haben, damit wie bisher Zutritt zur DB Lounge zu erhalten</strong>. Laut der Bahn-Sprecherin werden sich die Bedingungen des Sparpreises erst ab 15. Dezember ändern.</p><p>Zusätzlich soll es<strong> für eine Übergangszeit eine Kulanzregelung geben</strong>. Auch bei der Einführung des <a href=https://www.zugreiseblog.de/bahn-super-sparpreis/>Super Sparpreis</a> konnten Fahrgäste, die ein solches Ticket in der ersten Klasse gebucht hatten, einige Monate trotzdem in die DB Lounge. Dies soll auch diesmal für alle Kunden der Fall sein, die zu spät von der Regelung erfahren oder den entsprechenden Hinweis übersehen hätten. Wie lange diese Übergangszeit genau dauern wird, ließ die Bahn-Sprecherin offen.</p><h2>Neues gastronomisches Konzept: Premium-Bereich wird umgestaltet</h2><p>Die <strong>neuen Zutrittsbestimmungen gelten auch für den Premium-Bereich</strong>, für den auch bisher schon ein <a href=https://www.zugreiseblog.de/deutsche-bahn-1-klasse/>Ticket der ersten Klasse</a> erforderlich war. “Zugang zum Premiumbereich haben nur Gäste mit einem Flexpreis 1. Kasse oder einer Bahncard 100 1. Klasse”, sagte eine Bahn-Sprecherin dem Zugreiseblog. Bereits in der Vergangenheit hat die Deutsche Bahn in Hamburg den <strong>Zutritt zum Erste-Klasse-Bereich in der Lounge beschränkt.</strong> Dort wurde ein <a href=https://www.zugreiseblog.de/db-lounge-bahn-comfort-first-bereich/>neuer BahnComfort First-Bereich geschaffen</a>.</p><p>Gleichzeitig bestätigte die Deutsche Bahn dem Zugreiseblog, dass für den <strong>Premium-Bereich ein überarbeitetes Design sowie neues gastronomisches Konzept</strong> geplant ist. Künftig werde es im Erste-Klasse-Bereich der Lounge eine große bediente Theke mit “Premium-Baristakaffee”, ein überarbeitetes Sortiment sowie ein Angebot zur Selbstbedienung für eilige Gäste geben. “Daneben werden alle Snacks und Getränke weiterhin wie gewohnt am Platz serviert”, so die Bahn-Sprecherin weiter.</p><h2>BahnComfort: Begleitperson darf weiterhin in die DB Lounge</h2><p>Obwohl die DB Lounge immer mehr an Kapazitätsengpässen leidet, <strong>dürfen Fahrgäste mit BahnComfort-Status auch weiterhin eine Begleitperson mit in die Lounge nehmen</strong>. Bei der Wiedereröffnung der Lounge in Stuttgart hieß es zwar noch, dass diese Mitnahmemöglichkeit künftig ebenfalls entfallen soll. “Aktuell ist nicht geplant, die Regelung für Begleitpersonen anzupassen”, sagte jetzt allerdings eine Bahn-Sprecherin dem Zugreiseblog.</p><p>Im vergangenen Jahr führte die Deutsche Bahn außerdem eine Umfrage zu einer <strong>möglichen Reform des Comfort-Status</strong> durch. Eine darin genannte Idee war beispielsweise, den<strong> freien Lounge-Zutritt für BahnComfort-Gäste ohne Fahrkarte grundsätzlich abzuschaffen</strong>. Zudem wurden mehrere verschiedene Comfort-Status-Stufen vorgestellt, bei denen es teilweise Gutscheine für den Lounge-Zutritt gibt. Ob bzw. wann eine solche Reform tatsächlich kommt, ist allerdings noch nicht bekannt.</p><p>Was hältst du von der Abschaffung des Zutritts zur DB Lounge mit einem Sparpreis-Ticket der ersten Klasse? Oktober 2019 um 15:05 Uhr </a></div><p>Mir ist auch schon aufgefallen, dass es speziell in München in der 2.Klasse Lounge manchmal unerträglich voll ist. Aber sollte man wenn etwas so gut angenommen wird nicht ausbauen anstelle einschränken? Den Platzmangel halte ich für einen Vorwand. Im übrigen muss ich keine Kaffeeorgien da drin veranstalten wenn man sieht was da manche kostenlos konsumieren verstehe ich auf der einen Seite das es beschränkt wird. Auf der anderen Seite könnte man pro Getränk ja 1 Euro verlangen das tut keinem weh insbesondere in Stuttgart wo wir einen „ Geisterbahnhof“ haben und die gastronomischen Möglichkeiten auf ein Minimum
