<div id="blog_detail" style="position:relative; margin-top:20px; margin-bottom:20px; " class="blog_teaser_text"> <p>Ein positives Signal gab es diese Woche f&uuml;r die Waldorfschule in Bischleben. Im Stadtrat wurde der Bebauungsplan, der die Entwicklung der Waldorfschule erm&ouml;glichen soll, mit gro&szlig;er Mehrheit beschlossen.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&quot;Die Waldorfschule ist ein guter Beleg, dass die Schulen in freier Tr&auml;gerschaft eine gute Arbeit leisten&quot;, sagte der Fraktionsvorsitzende Michael Panse und stellte damit nicht nur der Waldorfschule, sondern auch den vielen anderen nichtstaatlichen Schulen, ein gutes Zeugnis aus. Schon jetzt besuchen rund 10% der th&uuml;ringer Sch&uuml;ler eine der Schulen in freier Tr&auml;gerschaft und die Tendenz ist steigend.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Die CDU-Fraktion setzt sich seit langem f&uuml;r die Entwicklung der Schulen in freier Tr&auml;gerschaft ein. Ein Beispiel aus der in diesem Jahr beschlossenen Schulnetzplanung ist die Zusammenarbeit mit und der Einsatz f&uuml;r die Evangelische Schulstiftung. Die CDU-Fraktion setzte sich sehr stark f&uuml;r einen neuen und angemessenen Standort f&uuml;r das Evangelische Ratsgymnasium ein.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Eine anderes positives Signal kam diese Woche vom Th&uuml;ringer Verfassungsgericht. Die zust&auml;ndigen Richter erkl&auml;rten das, vom Th&uuml;ringer Bildungsminister Christoph Matschie erarbeitete, Finanzierungskonzept f&uuml;r die privaten Schulen als verfassungswidrig. Somit k&ouml;nnen die Leiter, aber auch die Eltern und Sch&uuml;ler, von privaten Schulen auf eine gesicherte und bessere Finanzierung hoffen.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Damit hoffentlich wird die Schlechterstellung der privaten Schulen gegen&uuml;ber den staatlichen Schulen beendet. Bis sp&auml;testens M&auml;rz 2015 m&uuml;ssen neue Regelungen auf Gesetzesbasis erarbeitet und beschlossen sein. Dieses Urteil best&auml;tigt die steigende Bedeutung der privaten Schulen in der th&uuml;ringer Bildungslandschaft. In der Landeshauptstadt Erfurt wird mit der Best&auml;tigung des Bebauungsplanes f&uuml;r die Entwicklung der Waldorfschule erm&ouml;glicht, der steigenden Nachfrage gerecht zu werden.</p>
