<p>Das DFG-Projekt „Edition der Akten der Provisorischen Zentralgewalt“ veranstaltet am 26. und 27. Februar 2015 im Bischöflichen Seminar Eichstätt die Tagung „Institutionen revolutionärer Macht in den europäischen Revolutionen der ersten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts“.<span id="more-822"></span></p>
|
|||
|
|
<p>Auf der Tagung werden die exekutiven Institutionen der Revolutionen in der Hochzeit der europäischen Umwälzungen behandelt. Neben dem Prototyp, dem Wohlfahrtsausschuss der Französischen Revolution, und den frühen Sonderfällen in Spanien und Griechenland sind das vor allem die Institutionen der revolutionären Wellen von 1830 und 1848/49. Funktion und Bedeutung der zur Durchsetzung der revolutionären Ziele eigens geschaffenen Exekutiven werden in den Beiträgen für die jeweiligen europäischen Staaten herausgearbeitet und vergleichend vertieft. Wo es angebracht erscheint, werden dabei Ergebnisse und Methoden der derzeit intensiv betriebenen „Kulturgeschichte des Politischen“ aufgenommen.</p>
|
|||
|
|
<p>Um einer erwünschten Geschlossenheit willen erfolgt eine zeitliche Konzentration und der Vergleichbarkeit wegen werden die Referate ähnliche thematische Schwerpunkte behandeln. Dabei wird von dem Befund ausgegangen, dass Forschung und Geschichtsbewusstsein durch die Fokussierung auf die spektakulären Ausbrüche revolutionärer Gewalt deren institutioneller Absicherung bisher zu wenig Beachtung geschenkt haben. Schließlich ist es die Absicht, den Gegenstand des DFG-Projekts – die Provisorische Zentralgewalt – in die europäische und deutsche Entwicklung einzuordnen und aus ihr heraus zu deuten.</p>
