Ihr kennt es sicher auch!<br />

Ihr möchtet Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden, weil Ihr sie hübsch auf einem Teller anrichten möchtet. Zum Beispiel für Tomaten mit Mozzarella...... und dann passiert es wieder. Die Kerne fallen heraus und glitschen auf dem Schneidbrett herum. Das sieht nicht schön aus und nervt, zumal die Tomatenscheiben dann auch nicht mehr schön aussehen, weil das Fruchtfleisch raus fällt und beim anrichten alles auseinander fällt.<br />

Warum nur ist das so?<br />
|
|||
|
|
Das liegt ganz einfach daran, das die Tomate einfach falsch auf dem Schneidbrett liegt! Das passiert, wenn Ihr die Tomate so schneidet, wie ihr es auf dem Bild seht. Der Strunk ist oben! Legt die Tomate einfach so auf das Brett, dass der Strunk entweder auf der rechten oder der linken Seite liegt. Dann passiert das nicht mehr. Die Kerne ( Samen) haften am Fruchtfleisch und und können nicht mehr raus fallen und die Scheiben bleiben ganz. Einfach oder? Ja.. wenn man es weiß ????Und wenn Ihr dazu noch ein *Tomatenmesser verwendet, könnt Ihr auch nicht abrutschen und auch sehr dünne Scheiben schneiden und alles bleibt an Ort und Stelle. Den Strunk schneidet Ihr aber am besten raus, denn er enthält das giftige Solanin. Man müsste zwar schon Unmengen davon essen, dass es gesundheitsschädlich wäre, aber ohne Strunk sieht es auch schöner aus. </div>
